Returns and Cancellation Policy

For goods purchased online we offer a 7 day cancellation guarantee. If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within 7 days from the date of purchase whereupon you can return the goods to the shop provided they are undamaged and in the same packaging that they were originally delivered to you in. Alternatively we can have the goods collected by carrier at a cost of £50. A refund will be given upon inspection of the returned goods. Our cancellation policy does not apply to any 'special size' orders. What is deemed 'special size' is anything other than the standard 3', 4', 4'6, 5' and 6' UK standard sizes. We regret we cannot accept returns / refunds of pillows, duvets or mattress protectors.
