Delivery to the room of your choice

All of our deliveries, irrespective of your postcode area, are carried out by a two man team and is to the room of your choice.

Removal of your existing bed

If you require an existing bed removed, when we are delivering your new one, the prices are as follows:

Mattress only - £15 per item Divan base only - £15 up to two items Divan base and mattress - £25 up to three items (1 mattress and up to 2 bases) Wooden, metal, or upholstered frames - £25 up to three items. In the case of a frame we require it to be fully dismantled and to be bound in three manageable bundles, ie: Head end and foot end = 1 bundle Two side rails and centre rail = 1 bundle Slats = 1 bundle Failure to adhere to this will result in your bed not being removed. If you require any further information or clarification please call or email the shop. The local Council in your area will also provide a removal service though this may also be chargeable. Our delivery team reserve the right to refuse any item which they deem is in an insanitary condition.

Failed deliveries

If, after agreeing on a delivery day, our drivers cannot get access to your property for reasons outwith our control, we reserve the right to charge for a re-delivery. That charge would be the same as what you paid for the original delivery or, in the case of the original delivery being free, a minimum charge of £15 would apply.

Damaged goods

It is your responsibility to check the goods on arrival at your property. If there is any obvious damage to the packaging please mark clearly 'DAMAGED PACKAGING' when signing for it. If there is any damage to the actual goods we will replace the offending item(s) as soon as possible.

Returns and cancellation policy

For goods purchased online we offer a 7 day cancellation guarantee. If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within 7 days from the date of purchase whereupon you can return the goods to the shop provided they are undamaged and in the same packaging that they were originally delivered to you in. Alternatively we can have the goods collected by carrier at a cost of £50. A refund will be given upon inspection of the returned goods.


We will at all times attempt to deliver in a timeous manner and error- free. If an error does arise we offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or any other costs which may be incurred.
